Complaints made by employees of contractors performing work on DBRA-covered projects may be directly referred to the DOL Wage and Hour Division (WHD).
All WHD services are free and confidential, whether the Complainant is documented or not.
Employers cannot terminate employees or in any other manner discriminate against them for filing a complaint with WHD.
