Subrecipient Davis Bacon Handbook

The purpose of this Subrecipient Handbook on the DBRA Act is to direct the staff of subrecipients who receive an award from the Department of Housing (PRDOH) under the Community Development-Disaster Recovery Block Grant (CDBG-DR), through of the process to comply with the provisions of the DBRA Act, and that are implemented directly by the Housing subrecipients.
