Brief Description: PRDOH is interested in contracting an Environmental Consulting Services Firm for all CDBG-DR and CDBG-MIT funded programs. This firm will support PRDOH's objectives of ensuring compliance with all CDBG-DR/MIT, HUD and applicable federal and local requirements, rules and regulations, as well as in PRDOH's objectives of the Action Plan, as amended, and adequately coordinating and monitoring all CDBGDR/MIT related activities.
