Brief Description: The purpose of this contract is to support the Puerto Rico Department of Housing (PRDOH) by providing Inspection Services for the Social Interest Housing Mitigation Program (SIHM). The services include the inspection of construction, repair, rehabilitation and improvement projects, as well as the presentation of the required documentation to the Permit Management Office (OGPe). The term for this Agreement is for a performance period of thirty-six (36) months, ending on July 6, 2028. The total budget amounts is $5,756,400.00.
