SUBCONTRACTORS

ALC Legal Group Services: The subcontractor will provide Governmental Affairs and Legal Services under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators Program (SBIA) of the CDBG-DR Funds. The contract term will start on November 14, 2022, until August 5, 2025. The contract amount will not exceed $31,200.00. UEID: MTG9JSPFBBA1.
ERM ACCOUNTING GROUP, LLC: The subcontractor will provide Accounting Services, under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators Program (SBIA) with CDBG-DR Funds. The contract term will be from January 31, 2023 to August 5, 2023. The contract amount will be $30,000.00.
PAMLAB DESIGN AND ENGINEERING : The subcontractor will provide Design and Engineering Services, under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators Program (SBIA) with CDBG-DR Funds. The contract term will be from March 27, 2023 to September 27, 2023. The contract amount will be $9,900.00.
Luciano A. Lloveras Giorgetti: The subcontractor will provide Software and Design Services, under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators Program (SBIA) with CDBG-DR Funds. The contract term will be from March 22, 2023 to December 22, 2023. The contract amount will be $9,900.00.
LAMOSCA DESPACHO LEGAL: The subcontractor will provide IP Services, under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators Program (SBIA) with CDBG-DR Funds. The contract term will be from February 9, 2024 to February 9, 2025. Carbono3 will pay the contractor for allowable services performed during the term of this Agreement, a maximum monthly amount not to exceed $9,910.00.
Auralis Studio LLC: The subcontractor will perform professional services for Supply Chain Specialized Technical Assistance under the CDBG-DR Small Business Incubators and Accelerators Program (SBIA) program. CTTO-Tech LLC.: C3-2024-10-001 - The subcontractor will bring Community Awareness Support Services, under Small Business Incubators and Accelerators Program (SBIA), with CDBG-DR funds.
