Brief Description: According to the approved current Action Plan, the focus of the Electrical Power Reliability and Resilience Program (ER2) is to provide assistance to applicants and subrecipients to create electrical system reliability and resilience. The program will serve the needs of communities by funding projects that are not currently anticipated to be funded from other federal or local sources.
