  • Description: The purpose of the Citizen Advisory Committee Operational Guide is to establish operating standards that rule the Committee and its members, as well as the coordination of the participants with the Puerto Rico Department of Housing (PRDOH). The CAC’s objective is to request and respond to public comments, and feedback related to PRDOH mitigation activities under the CDBG-MIT Program. Additionally, the CAC serves as a continuing forum of information about projects, proposals, and CDBGMIT programs.
