  • Brief Description: According to the approved and current Puerto Rico Electrical Power System Enhancements and Improvements Action Plan (Action Plan), Puerto Rico intends to undertake the Electrical Power Reliability and Resilience Program (ER2 or Program). The focus of the Program is to benefit Puerto Rican communities by funding projects that enhance the electrical system reliability, affordability, and resiliency through the development and interconnection of decentralized microgrids and distributed energy resources, including renewable energy generation, combined heat and power (CHP) systems, and battery energy storage.

  • The Raevis Group, LLC.: (2024-000443A) - Amendment A- The subcontractor will perform Rebranding and Marketing Services, under the CDBG-DR, Energy Support Incentive Program 2.0. The Amendment A serve the purpose to include additional professional services, and to increase the contract amount by $200,000.00 for a total amount of $650,000.00.   • The Raevis Group, LLC.: (2024-000443B) - Amendment B - The subcontractor will perform Rebranding and Marketing Services, under the CDBG-DR, Energy Support Incentive Program 2.0.
