Brief Description: The Infrastructure Mitigation Program – Health Care Strengthening Set-Aside aims to improve health care facilities, benefit citizens with unmet medical needs, and minimize, through accessible medical care, deaths that may occur as a result of a disaster. To this end, the Program seeks to promote robustness, and redundancy in the basic systems of operation of health centers, guaranteeing the continuous availability of essential health services before, during and after a natural disaster.
