Brief Description: According to the approved current Action Plan, Puerto Rico intends to undertake the Non-Federal Match Program (hereinafter, "the Program"). The focus of the Program is to utilize CDBG-DR funds to provide the non-federal cost share match for eligible subrecipients under Federal grant programs.
