This Amendment B decreased the total authorized budget from $599,241.00 to $599,219.40.

Brief Description: The Parties acknowledge and agree that is necessary entails modifications to Exhibit C (Key Personnel) and Exhibit D (Budget). Moreover, the Parties have agreed to incorporate an updated version of Section XII. CDBG-DR Policies and Procedures and Section XIV. Force Majeure. Nevertheless, the modification, the End Term and the Total Authorized Budget of the Agreement remain the same.

SUBCONTRACTORS

Hector R. Rivera Mercado: The subcontractor will perform as a Consultant under the CDBG-DR Whole Community Resilience Planning (WCRP) program. The contract term will begin on May 15, 2024, until October 15, 2024. The contract amount will not exceed $95,000.00 at a rate of $125.00 an hour.
Centro de la Mujer Dominicana, Inc.: The subcontractor will provide Consultation regarding community outreach and engagement for the immigrant population of Rio Piedras, San Juan with the purpose of creating a Community Resilience Plan under the Whole Community Resiliency Planning Program (WCRP), with CDBG-DR Funds. The contract term is from September 16, 2024, until October 15, 2024, the amount will not exceed $9,999.00 dollars.
GIS CONSULTING GROUP, INC.: The subcontractor will provide Consultancy in Participatory Community Planning under the Whole Community Resilience Planning Program (WCRP) of CDBG-DR Funds. The contract term will begin on May 15, 2024, and end on October 15, 2024. The contract amount is $95,000.00 at a rate of $125.00 per hour for a maximum of 96 hours monthly. UEID: ES1GYCATMDL5.
GIS CONSULTING GROUP, INC.: Amendment A- The subcontractor will provide Consultancy in Participatory Community Planning under the Whole Community Resilience Planning Program (WCRP) of CDBG-DR Funds.
