PUERTO RICO PUBLIC AND APPLIED SOCIAL SCIENCE WORKSHOP, INC.: The subcontractor will provide Community Resilience Plans (CRPs) activities as a community ambassador under the Whole Community Resilience Planning Program (WCRP) of CDBG-DR Funds.
