Brief Description: According to the approved current CDBG-MIT Action Plan, the focus of the Infrastructure Mitigation Program - Healthcare Strengthening Set-Aside is to strengthen healthcare facilities for the benefit of medically underserved citizens, and minimize, through accessible healthcare, the fatalities likely from a disaster event. Program activities can include improvements, expansions, and construction of new facilities to fortify and innovate buildings and permanent equipment.
