Brief Description: The Program addresses mitigation needs by improving the built environment in order to mitigate hazardous threats. The purpose of this program is to empower applicants and/or entities to identify risks and develop solutions to mitigate risks to infrastructure assets through innovative, eco-conscious, and self-sustaining solutions.
