To achieve this goal, an additional amount of SEVENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($70,000.00) is being allocated to the Subrecipient to continue undertaking its activities. To accommodate this additional allocation of funds, Exhibit B (Certification of Funds) of the Agreement is being amended via this AMENDMENT A.
