  • Brief Description: The Program allows for Municipalities to envision a potential future and develop a plan for recovery and resilience for all populations within their Municipality. It addresses needs caused by the impacts of Hurricanes Irma and Maria through three components: (1) Individual Municipal Recovery Planning; (2) Specialized Planning Analysis; and (3) Regional Planning. The resulting Plans and/ or studies update and improve data aspects that can result in additional CDBG-MIT, Federal or State funding. The Individual Specialized Planning Analysis addresses essential needs requiring additional technical expertise identified during the individual planning phase. Furthermore, in Regional Planning, municipalities collaborate on cross-jurisdictional challenges.
