Brief Description: The Puerto Rico Department of Housing (PRDOH) and the Municipality of Ciales entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the allocation of $81,522.07 in administrative funds of the CDBG-DR program, with the purpose of carrying out general administrative oversight tasks related to said program. Subsequently, said agreement was amended to recognize and clarify that it constituted a Subrecipient Agreement, and its term was extended until July 28, 2024. In light of the foregoing, and because Agreement No. 2025-DR0022 was not formalized, which expired on September 16, 2025, PRDOH and the Municipality execute the present agreement in the amount of $61,272.07
