ECO PSC- Amendment: 2024-000056- The subcontractor will provide Architecture and Engineering Services for the "PR-CRP- 000753 First Affordable, Sustainable and Resilient Housing Project 011 the lsland of Culebra", under the City Revitalization Program of CDBG-DR Funds. The contract term will start on March 13, 2024, until December 31, 2025. The contract amount will not exceed $923,522.75. UEID: GSM1XFCV8ME5.
ENG. MIGUEL A. BONILLA, P.S.C: 2022-000071- The subcontractor will provide Management Services for the Municipality of Culebra", under the City Revitalization Program of CDBG-DR Funds. The contract term will start on May 10, 2022, until May 10, 2023. The contract amount will not exceed $178.508.80. UEID: U61KJX7MNA64.
ENG. MIGUEL A. BONILLA, P.S.C: 2022-000071A- The subcontractor will provide Management Services for the Municipality of Culebra", under the City Revitalization Program of CDBG-DR Funds. Amendment A serves the purpose of extending the contract term from May 10, 2023, until May 11, 2025, and increasing the contract amount to $666,806.80. UEID: U61KJX7MNA64.
RSP & ASSOCIATES LAW OFFICE, PSC.: 2024-000041- The subcontractor will provide Legal Services for the “proyecto de viviendas asequibles que será construido en la finca "Barrio Flamenco, Ext. Villa Muñeco, in the sub-sector known as Remanente de Las Parcelas Nuevas" in the Municipality of Culebra", under the City Revitalization Program of CDBG-DR Funds. The contract term will start on March 15, 2024, until June 30, 2024. The contract amount will be for 360 hours at a rate of $125.00 per hour for a maximum of $45,000.00. UEID: PTJ2SLQN541.
RSP & ASSOCIATES LAW OFFICE, PSC.: AMENDMENT A- The Amendment A serve the purpose of extend the contract term until December 31, 2024. All other clauses remain unaltered. The subcontractor will provide Legal Services, for the “Primer Proyecto de Vivienda Asequible" in the Municipality of Culebra", under the City Revitalization Program of CDBG-DR Funds. UEID: PTJ2SLQN541.
INDESOVI DE PR, INC: 2025-000034- The subcontractor will provide Professional Management Services of Design, Architecture and Engineering, under the City Revitalization Program of CDBG-DR Funds. The contract term will start on November 18, 2024, until December 31, 2027. The contract amount will not exceed $1,000,000.00. UEID: GSM1XFCV8ME5.
