BENITEZ, RAMOS & ASSOCIATES, LLC.: 2023-000091 (PR-CRP-000804)- The subcontractor will provide Design and Architecture Professional Services for the following: study and design, permit and endorsement, environmental review, cost estimates, construction bid packages construction bid support and support with the design and supervision during the construction period, for the Municipality of Maunabo, under the CDBG-DR City Revitalization Program (CRP). F&R MANAGEMENT SERVICES, LLC.: 2023-000028- The subcontractor will provide Project Management Services for the Municipality of Maunabo, under the CDBG-DR City Revitalization Program (CRP). The contract amount will not exceed $247,044.00. The contract term will start from August 23, 2022, until August 23, 2023. UEID: MN3TTSJC7Q63.
F&R MANAGEMENT SERVICES, LLC.: 2023-000028A- The subcontractor will provide Project Management Services for the Municipality of Maunabo, under the CDBG-DR City Revitalization Program (CRP). Amendment A serves the purpose of extending the contract term of the original agreement for an additional 365 days (1 year). All other terms and conditions will remain the same. UEID: MN3TTSJC7Q63.
