ROV Engineering Services, PSC: This is the first contract amendment. The subcontractor was contracted to provide Project Manager services for the City's Revitalization Program from CDBG-DR Funds. The amendment is for the purpose of including CDBG-DR clauses. The term of the contract is from October 21, 2021, until October 31, 2023, for a maximum amount of $796,204.80. Project Management Services, PSC.: 2023-000312 (PR-CRP-000841)- The subcontractor will provide Design and Architecture Professional Services for the revitalization of public and recreational facilities affected by Hurricane María, in the Municipality of Peñuelas, under the CDBG-DR City Revitalization Program (CRP). The contract amount will not exceed $183,193.13. The contract term will start from February 23, 2023, until February 22, 2024. UEID: XH8BCSNY5TB3.
Project Management Services, PSC.: 2023-000312A (PR-CRP-000841)- The subcontractor will provide professional Architecture, Engineering and Design Services for the following project: “Parque Central Proyect Design”, located in the Municipality of Peñuelas, under the CDBG-DR City Revitalization Program (CRP). Amendment A serves the purpose of adding missing clauses that were not included in the original. All other clauses will remain the same. UEID: XH8BCSNY5TB3.
