SUBCONTRACTORS

Slocum Ventures, LLC: The subcontractor will provide planning services, under the Municipal Recovery Planning Program (MRP) of CDBG-DR funds. The contract term will begin on February 3, 2023 until July 8, 2023. The contract amount will not exceed $240,485.00. UEID: DAUVUWDGMY76.
Slocum Ventures, LLC: Amendment A-The subcontractor will provide planning services, under the Municipal Recovery Planning Program (MRP) of CDBG-DR funds. The Amendment A have a purpose of extend the subcontractor term until October 21, 2023 and fix the pay table. All other clauses remain unchanged. UEID: DAUVUWDGMY76.
Slocum Ventures, LLC: Amendment B-The subcontractor will provide planning services, under the Municipal Recovery Planning Program (MRP) of CDBG-DR funds. The Amendment B have a purpose of extend the subcontractor term until January 31, 2024 and add $70,000.00 to subcontract amount. All other clauses remain unchanged. UEID: DAUVUWDGMY76.
Slocum Ventures, LLC: Amendment C-The subcontractor will provide planning services, under the Municipal Recovery Planning Program (MRP) of CDBG-DR funds. The Amendment C have a purpose of extend the subcontract term until March 31, 2024 and add $25,000.00 to the subcontract total amount. UEID: DAUVUWDGMY76.
