  • Gladys Lynette Cora Izquierdo: The subcontractor will perform as Director of Infrastructure and Logistics of the OLHA Impact Hub, as part of the Small Business Incubator and Accelerator Program (SBIA), subsidized under CDBG-DR funds. The contract term is from July 1st, 2022, until November 18, 2022. The contract amount will be $37.50 per hour and will not exceed 80 hours per month ($3,000.00).
  • Crestcom International LLC: Ortiz Lord Hope & Associate, Inc. will use Crestcom Training Modules (this includes the Participant Handbook, Facilitators Guide, and the presentation of a Crestcom expert in Leadership and Management under the SBIA Program). This CONTRACT is effective upon the day and date signed by the duly authorized representatives of each company and will remain in effect until June 20, 2026. The contract will be $300 per module offered to each participant, establishing a maximum of 10 modules for each one.
