Brief Description: The PRDOH intends to undertake a Program targeted at repairs of homes that had a tarp roof installed after the Hurricanes and that continue with unmet needs related to roof repairs. Nonetheless, before implementing such program, the PRDOH intends to conduct surveys on properties all over Puerto Rico to obtain information on presence of tarp roofs, need of repairs, and other valuable information that will be used to feed the program's design. The performance of such surveys will be denominated the Blue Roof Survey Program.
