SUBCONTRACTORS

  • Rosa C. Rodríguez Morales: The subcontractor will perform as Project Coordinator, in Barranquitas Campus, under the Workforce Training Program of CDBG-DR funds. The contract term will be from March 1, 2022, until July 20, 2022. The contract amount will not exceed $2,472.00.
  • Ada M. Torres Maldonado: The subcontract will perform as an Academic Coordinator, Bayamón Campus, under the Workforce Training Program of CDBG-DR funds. The contract term will be from January 10, 2022 until June 30, 2022. The contract amount will not exceed $7,902.16.
  • Lester Torres Rivera: The subcontractor will provide Workshops Services as part of the Small Business Incubator program of CDBG-DR (SBIA). The term of the contract begins on March 6, 2023, until May 29, 2023. The amount of the contract will be $1,600.00 dollars.
  • Lloyd Camacho Valle: The subcontractor will provide Workshops Services as part of the Small Business Incubator program of CDBG-DR (SBIA). The term of the contract begins on February 21, 2023, until May 30, 2023. The amount of the contract will be $1,800.00 dollars.
  • Roberto Vázquez Torres: The subcontractor will provide Workshops Facilitator services, as part of the Small Business Incubator and Accelerator Program (SBIA), subsidized under CDBG-DR funds. The contract amount will be $50.00 per hour for a maximum of 12 hours (4 workshops of 3 hours each one), for a total of $600.00. The contract term is from February 15, 2023 until May 30, 2023.
  • Ileana Garcia: The subcontractor will perform as Educational Program Coordinator of: “Empowerment towards the World of Work”, in Guayama precinct, under the Workforce Training Program of CDBG-DR funds. The contract term will be from August 14, 2023, until June 30, 2024. The contract amount will not exceed $907.00.
  • Tynairis Arroyo: The subcontractor will perform as Educational Program Coordinator of: “Empowerment towards the World of Work”, in Guayama precinct, under the Workforce Training Program of CDBG-DR funds. The contract term will be from February 6, 2023, until July 31, 2023. The contract amount will not exceed $873.00.
  • ZILKIA I. OCASIO MAISONET: The subcontractor will perform as a Workshop Provider, under the Workforce Training Program of CDBG-DR funds. The contract term will be from November 18, 2022, until February 10, 2023. The contract amount will not exceed $960.00.
  • Miguel A. Zayas Zayas: Signature date May 6, 2024: The subcontractor will provide services as a Part time Program Coordinator for the Proposal Empowerment towards the World of Work, under the Workforce Training Program (WFT) of CDBG-DR Funds. This subcontract term starts from May 13, 2024 until July 31, 2024. The subcontract amount will be for a maximum of $907.00.
  • Marie C. Burgos Luna: The subcontractor will provide Workshops Services to the participants for the Proposal Empowerment towards the World of Work, under the Workforce Training Program (WFT) of CDBG-DR Funds. The workshop courses will consist of: 6 hours for Client Service; 6 hours for Stress Management; 6 hours for Inventory Control; 6 hours for Budget Preparation and Control; 6 hours for Conflict Management; 6 hours for Motivation and production in the work place. The subcontract term will be from October 1, 2021 until February 18, 2022. There is no mention of the contract amount in the subcontract document.
  • Zilkia I. Ocasio Maisonet: The subcontractor will provide Workshops Services to the participants for the Proposal Empowerment towards the World of Work, under the Workforce Training Program (WFT) of CDBG-DR Funds. The workshop courses will consist of: 6 hours for the Independence of Self-Employment; 6 hours for Stress Management; 6 hours for Conflict Management; 6 hours for Motivation and production in the work place. The subcontract term will be from November 18, 2022 until February 10, 2022. The contract amount will be for $240.00 per workshop for a total of $960.00.
