  • Brief Description: According to the approved current Action Plan, Puerto Rico intends to undertake a Small Business Incubators and Accelerators Program (hereinafter, "the Program"). The focus of the Program is to support and grow Puerto Rican small businesses by providing them with technical assistance to help grow their business skills and professional network through the structure of an Incubator or Accelerator.

SUBCONTRACTORS

  • RICOH PUERTO RICO INC.: PRSBTDC will lease Equipment, a multifunctional equipment with copier, printer, fax and scanner functions, for the Small Business Financing Program. The term of the contract begins on December 16, 2021 until December 16, 2022. The amount of the contract will be $144.76 monthly, plus tax. DUNS Number 833258254.
  • Lusmariam Rivera Rivera: The subcontractor will provide workshops about Business Model Canvas, Strategic market planning and, Digital marketing and social networks. The workshops are part of the Small Business Incubator program of CDBG-DR. The term of the contract begins on March 23, 2022, until June 24, 2022. The amount of the contract will be $50 per hour, three (3) contact hours, for three (3) workshops.
  • Damaso Cardenales Colón: The subcontractor will perform as a Workshop Facilitator, will provide one workshop about Digital Marketing and Social networks, under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators Program (SBIA) of CDBG-DR funds. The term of the contract begins and ends on June 21, 2022. The amount of the contract will be $50 per hour, three contact hours, for a total amount of $150.00 dollars.
  • Josué Santiago Sánchez: The subcontractor will offer mentoring services as part of the Small Business Incubator and Accelerator Program (SBIA), subsidized under CDBG-DR funds. Mentorships will be offered virtually or face-to-face, depending on the needs of the participant. The duration will be ten (10) hours maximum. The contract term is from June 9, 2022, to June 20, 2022, for a maximum amount of $30 dollars per hour.
  • Dra. Marisol Estarellas: The subcontractor will perform as a Workshop Facilitator, will provide a webinar about Resilience Business Plan as part of the Small Business Incubator and Accelerator Program (SBIA), subsidized under CDBG-DR funds. The contract term is on June 20, 2022, for a maximum amount of $150.00 dollars (3 contact hours).
  • ISAAC COLÓN DEGRÓ: The Subcontractor will perform as a Facilitator & Mentor, will provide mentorship to the participants as part of the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators Program (SBIA) of CDBG-DR. The term of the contract begins on July 1st, 2022, until July 29, 2022. The amount of the contract will be $30 per hour, for ten (10) maximum contact hours.
  • Josué Santiago Sánchez: The subcontractor will offer a workshop about Legal Aspects and Tax benefits as part of the Small Business Incubator and Accelerator Program (SBIA), subsidized under CDBG-DR funds. The duration of the workshop will be for three (3) face-to-face hours, in two sections, one during the day and the other at night. The contract term is from October 10, 2022, until October 14, 2022, and the contract amount will be for a maximum amount of $300.00 dollars.
  • Rafael G. Andujar Irizarry: The subcontractor will perform as a Workshop Facilitator, will provide a workshop (virtually, or face-to-face) about Selling Strategies, as part of the CDBG-DR Small Business Incubator and Accelerator Program (SBIA). The contract term begins on November 07, 2022, until November 11, 2022, for a maximum amount of $300.00 (Three (3) contact hours for two (2) sections).
  • Sandra Mena Candelaria: The subcontractor will perform as a Workshop Facilitator, will provide a webinar about Business Plan part 1, and part 2, as part of the CDBG-DR Small Business Incubator and Accelerator Program (SBIA). The contract term begins on October 03, 2022, until October 07, 2022, for a maximum amount of $300.00 (3 contact hours for two workshops).
  • Ángel Guzmán Rodríguez: The subcontractor will provide Business Plan 1, and 2 workshops, and Cost Analysis Workshop, under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators Program (SBIA). The contract term will begin on October 05, 2022, until October 26, 2022. The contract amount will not exceed $600.00 (150 per Workshop, $50 per hour, for 3 hours).
  • Josué Santiago Sánchez: The subcontractor will offer mentoring services through the Blackboard Collaborate Platform or face to face, as part of the Small Business Incubator and Accelerator Program (SBIA), subsidized under CDBG-DR funds. The contract amount will be $30.00 per hour for a maximum of 20 hours ($600.00). The contract term is from November 28, 2022 until December 16, 2022.

  • Jenkis Vélez Meléndez : The subcontractor will provide Mentorship Services. The workshops are part of the Small Business Incubator program of CDBG-DR. The term of the contract begins on November 27, 2022, until December 2, 2022. The amount of the contract will be $240.00 dollars.
  • Delissa Enid Torres Lebrón: The subcontractor will provide workshops about Website creation. The workshops are part of the Small Business Incubator program of CDBG-DR. The term of the contract begins on December 12, 2022, until December 20, 2022. The amount of the contract will be $50.00 per hour.
  • Lester Torres Rivera: The subcontractor will provide Workshops Services as part of the Small Business Incubator program of CDBG-DR (SBIA). The term of the contract begins on March 6, 2023, until May 29, 2023. The amount of the contract will be $1,600.00 dollars.
  • Lloyd Camacho Valle: The subcontractor will provide Workshops Services as part of the Small Business Incubator program of CDBG-DR (SBIA). The term of the contract begins on February 21, 2023, until May 30, 2023. The amount of the contract will be $1,800.00 dollars.
  • Roberto Vázquez Torres: The subcontractor will provide Workshops Facilitator services, as part of the Small Business Incubator and Accelerator Program (SBIA), subsidized under CDBG-DR funds. The contract amount will be $50.00 per hour for a maximum of 12 hours (4 workshops of 3 hours each one), for a total of $600.00. The contract term is from February 15, 2023 until May 30, 2023.

  • Profa. Evelyn Zapata: The following staff will perform as a Workshop Facilitator under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators (SBIA) Program with CDBG-DR funds. The contract workshop is to be executed on May 31, 2023. The contract will be for the amount of $150.00 per workshop at a rate of $75.00 per hour for a total of two hours.
  • Dra. Damaris Corchado Igartua: The following staff will perform as a Workshop Facilitator under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators (SBIA) Program with CDBG-DR funds for the Risk Management and Contingency Plan workshop. The contract term will be from June 5, 2023, until June 9, 2023. The contract amount is $180.00.
  • Josué Santiago Sánchez /JSS Accounting Services: The subcontractor will offer Virtual Workshops Facilitator services in the Budget Creation and Management subject as part of the Small Business Incubator and Accelerator Program (SBIA), subsidized under CDBG-DR funds. The contract amount will be $200.00 per 4 hours. The contract is to be executed on December 7, 2023.

  • Prof. Abdel Valenzuela Agosto: The following staff will perform as a Workshop Facilitator under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators (SBIA) Program with CDBG-DR funds. The contract workshop is to be executed on November 15, 2023. The contract amount Is $150.00 per month at a rate of $50.00 per hour.
  • Dra. Marisol Estarellas: The subcontractor will offer Business Model Canvas workshops, as part of the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators Program (SBIA), subsidized under CDBG-DR funds. The contract term is from February 22, 2024 until Februrary 22, 2024, the contract amount will be $150.00 for one day.
  • Enrique I. Fernández Báez: The subcontractor will provide Capacitation Services as part of the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators Program, under CDBG-DR funds. The term of the contract begins on September 1, 2023, until January 31, 2024. The amount of the contract will be at the rate of $10.00 per hour.
  • Damarys Corchado Igartúa: The subcontractor will offer Time Management & Productivity Workshop, as part of the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators Program (SBIA), subsidized under CDBG-DR funds. It will be a one-day (1) workshop of two (2) face-to-face hours. The contract term is from January 25, 2024 until January 25, 2024, the contract amount will be $150.00 ($75.00 per hour).
