SUBCONTRACTORS

  • Marielí Ríos Pérez: The subcontractor will provide Lecture services for entrepreneurs as part of the Small Business Incubator program of CDBG-DR. The term of the contract begins on February 04, 2022, until March 24, 2025. The amount of the contract will be $3,000.00 dollars per year.
  • ED Digital LLC: The subcontractor will provide Lecture services for entrepreneurs as part of the Small Business Incubator program of CDBG-DR. The term of the contract begins on March 25, 2022, until March 24, 2025. The amount of the contract will not exceed $10,500.00 dollars: $100.00 dollars per hour for lecturing, mentoring and technical assistance, and $50.00 dollars for the preparation of each workshop up to a total maximum amount of $3,000.00 dollars per year.
  • Rodriguez Rivera & Toro PSC: The subcontractor will provide Lecture services for entrepreneurs as part of the Small Business Incubator program of CDBG-DR. The term of the contract begins on January 18, 2023, until March 24, 2025. The amount of the contract will not exceed $10,400.00 dollars.
  • Valeria Cruz Zapata: The subcontractor will provide Lecture services for entrepreneurs as part of the Small Business Incubator program of CDBG-DR. The term of the contract begins on August 16, 2023 until March 24, 2025. The amount of the contract will not exceed $10,000.00 dollars.
  • Cynthia M. Lugo Nazario: The subcontractor will provide Lecture services for entrepreneurs as part of the Small Business Incubator program of CDBG-DR. The term of the contract begins on August 17, 2023, until March 24, 2025. The amount of the contract will not exceed $10,500.00 dollars.
  • MARIELÍ RÍOS PÉREZ: 2022-000134- The subcontractor will provide Workshops of Entreprenual Minset, under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators (SBIA) Program of CDBG-DR funds. The contract term will begin on February 4, 2024 until March 24, 2025. The purchase amount will not exceed $3,000.00.
  • MARIELÍ RÍOS PÉREZ: 2022-000134A- The subcontractor will provide Workshops of Entreprenual Minset, under the Small Business Incubators and Accelerators (SBIA) Program of CDBG-DR funds. Amendment A serves the purpose of including a new clause on liquidated damages that reads as follows: "THE CONTRACTOR acknowledges that the delay or omission of its compliance with the tasks entrusted in this Contract could cause economic damages to the UPRM and in view of this, it undertakes to pay the UPR-M Liquidated Damages of $100.00 as for failure to appear at each training duly coordinated and $75.00 for the delay in the delivery of the materials of each training as duly requested." All other clauses will remain the same.
