Brief Description: In this Amendment A, the Parties acknowledge and agree that it is necessary to extend the Agreement's performance period for an additional period of nine (9) months, for a total of twenty-nine (29) months. Moreover, its necessary to clarify and correct the original performance period end date, which currently states the date of October 22, 2024, instead August 22, 2024. Consequently, the End Term of the Agreement is being extended to May 22, 2025.
