The Roster may include the following property types:
- Existing Market-Listed Units (Privately Owned);
- Financial Institution-Owned (Bank Foreclosed);
- Business-Owned Properties (“BOP”); and
- Units in a Planned Residential Development
Inclusion of a property in the Roster shall not be interpreted as a commitment by the R3 Program with the owner to proceed with any activity in regard to the property itself. Inclusion in the Roster does not guarantee or provide any level of surety to property owners that the unit will be selected by an R3 Program Applicant or that the R3 Program will fund any activity related to the property. All properties listed on the Roster are subject to a final acquisition determination made by PRDOH which reserves the right to interpretation of the Guidelines in the best interest of the R3 Program.
