Contractor Section 3 Plan

The Section 3 plan template is a tool to help contractors complete a Section 3 Plan and be in compliance with HUD’s requirements for complying with Section 3. PRDOH also offers one for direct contractors of PRDOH to use.

The Section 3 Plan will be reviewed by the direct entity you are reporting to. If you are a contractor for PRDOH, please submit your completed template using the instructions within the form. If you are a contractor to a subrecipient or other contractor, please reach out to them to obtain the correct information to submit your plan to.
