  • Description: Will be based on the information and progress achieved through the CDBG-DR planning programs, including MRP, WCRP, and GeoFrame, and eventually the information compiled under the CDBG-MIT RAD Program. This Program will continue and extend the stakeholders’ commitment towards developing and applying a regional focus on planning, the granting of permits, and the implementation of laws that support risk recognition and assessment.
