The project will promote the creation of social enterprises and jobs, through the incubation of businesses under the community incubation in a solidarity model. They will hire an Economic Development Specialist (EDS) to accomplish their goal. This contract is under the Small Business Incubator and Accelerators Program (SBIA) from CDBG-DR funds. (CMTAS) : Annette Menay Feliciano- Amendment A-The subcontractor will provide Workshop Services, under the Small Business Incubator and Accelerator Program from CDBG-DR Funds (SBIA). The Amendment A serve the purpose of extend the contract term until August 31, 2023 and increase the contract amounts to $25.00 per hour.
